A ground level beach front home on St. George Island is unique and sings "Old Florida". The large beach facing decks have ample furnishings for all to either enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the Gulf, read a book, sunbathe, or watch the dolphins swim.  The white sandy beaches of St. George Island are just steps away.  When you can manage to steal your gaze away from the stunning view of the Gulf, gather inside this warm and inviting home featuring a large great room for gathering and catching up with family and friends. The well appointed kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare the day's catch or your family's favorite recipes.  The master bedroom suite, with king size bed and additional sitting area, has access to the beach side deck, as well as a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with queen size bed is adjacent to the common bathroom and also features beach views. The third bedroom has two full size beds and a private bath with walk-in shower. 

This  home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)

The fireplace is NOT usable.
