Just one block from the white sandy beaches with a beautiful, crisp private pool, it's the perfect location to kick back and relax on your Island getaway!

The exterior provides under house concrete parking, a large & beautiful grassy yard with tropical palm trees and a refreshing private pool featuring a waterfall, chaise lounges and table with seating for 4.

With two convenient entrances in the front and back, the living spaces are easily accessible from the pool deck and entrance. The breezy deck with covered and exposed spaces, offers wonderful relaxation with chaise lounges, rocking chairs for your morning coffee, a dining table seating 6 and a bonus special lookout deck for a sunset cocktail. The private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a must for any stay at the beach!

The open, spacious vaulted ceilings of the living room with wrap around views of the Gulf are the picture perfect setting. Large sliding doors allow you to bring the outdoors inside. Warm wood floors and an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan make this the focal point for fun with family and friends.

The living room offers light, coastal décor with comfy furnishings, and a large flatscreen TV.

There's lots of comfortable seating at mealtimes, and the well-appointed kitchen with gas stove, granite counters and stainless appliances provides all you need to prepare delicious coastal meals. A gas grill is provided just off the kitchen to dazzle everyone with your fisherman's catch! A convenient wet bar boasts a wine cooler, sink and counter space for preparing your beverages.

The NW king master provides a full private bathroom, flatscreen TV, direct access to both front and back decks, and a private sitting area for relaxation.

The NE queen bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, direct access to the deck and shared full bathroom.

The SE bunk room provides a flatscreen TV and sleeping for up to three with a double/ twin bunk bed.

1/2 bath with storage of beach chairs, umbrella and pool toys in the enclosed room under the house for convenience from the pool or under the house gatherings.

Washer and dryer are located in a roomy  enclosed area under the home.

Bed Sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double/Twin Bunk Bed.

 

This  home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)

The Gulf Beaches neighborhood of the Island is very popular among vacation guests and close to Island shops and restaurants, the multi-use path that connects the entire Island, and just 20 minutes from Apalachicola's shops, restaurants, and arts scene! The oldest neighborhood on the Island, Gulf Beaches has an “Old Florida” feel that keeps families and friends returning year after year.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer a private pool. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations. Additionally, blow dryers, iron/ironing board and beach towels. Housekeeping is provided on request.
