King suite with private bath, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, a third bedroom with a Queen size bed, shared full bath that includes a washer and dryer and access from these two rooms to the screened in pool.
 
            On the second level, an airy living/dining/sunroom area with beautiful Apalachicola bay views. The spacious kitchen has a large gas cooktop with pot filler, double ovens, seating for 6 at the center island. Watch the children splash in the screened in pool (heated for a fee), while preparing your catch of the day. Enjoy the bonus sunroom while watching the pelicans play having your morning cup of coffee.
 
            The top level features a spacious king master bedroom and lovely en-suite bath with private access to the screened in porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds overlooking the pool.               Third bedroom has a King bed with shared full bath featuring a double vanity.
 
            This home features plenty of parking so bring your boat and enjoy mooring it at the private dock on the beautiful deep-water canal (boatlift not available to guest).
           Brand new furnishings and elevator.     

           BRAND NEW COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER FOR THE FISHERMEN. (In the guest storage area under the house)   Beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart for guest use.  

 Other family friendly amenities include TVs, DVDs, FoosBall table, gaming system, porta-crib, and high-chair.
