The open living area with natural light with canal views, section sofa, smart TV, dining table for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the center island. The beautiful updated kitchen boasts granite counter tops, all new stainless appliances and a separate pantry off the dining area. The master suite features a King size bed with a large walk in closet and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just past the living area the two guest bedrooms, King room and bunk room (Queen and 2 twins) share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks the canal with plenty of seating and a gas grill to cook the days catch. Located on a canal that empties into the Apalachicola Bay, you can launch your kayak or paddle board directly from your own private launch and dock. Awaiting the new dock and boat launch redo that is in the works.
